Q: “Does SARO affiliate itself with PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals)?

A: Just like PETA, SARO is an organization made up of many individuals. Each individual has their own stance on the actions of PETA, therefore the club does not have one coherent decision whether PETA is good or bad. SARO being a non-profit organization currently does take things that are out of our affordability from PETA such as posters with high resolution images, informative brochures and leaflets with professionally researched data, and stickers. These freebies have given us the ability to allocate that time and money saved to more causes.

Q: “If I’m not vegan or vegetarian, can I be in the club?”
